New EU treaty to be communications 'priority' for Brussels

Here you can see if the citizens are pro- or anti- Europeans. With no treaty, there is no future for Europe. No Treaty means that the EU citizens do not want to give power to Europe to go forward. No Treaty means that the European Institutions will become a comon-simple national administration at international level. That's it. No future for the EU-dreamers.
No Treaty means the end of the EU-dream.

I'm doubting if the EU is still MY dream, but it's clear that without an EU treaty, I won't have doubts anymore.
